Ok. Another Piece for the “Remnants” collection. I have always thought this piece could work well as a poster or book cover. It just seems to have that kind of  feel about it.  It was not what I had originally planned to do either. This does happen from time to time.

Truly, an exquisite biological specimen that’s not completly biological. The use of found insect parts form an exoskeleton that hides its engineered insides. An alkaline powered amalgamation of functioning pocket watch componets, tar paper, and porcelian doll parts.

I am in the Halloween spirit indeed! Here is another one from “The Museum of the Mad…” One of my personal favorites from the series to be honest. Sir Gustav Von Cancertonus. He suffers from a mental disorder in which he feels he was born with inadequate lower limbs. He has disassociated feelings towards humans and feels closer alongside the crustacean family. He underwent an unorthodox procedure to correct his perceived shortcomings.
